Do you have a catalog? TOP
No.  In an effort to keep prices down, especially when wax and fragrance oils prices continue to rise, we do not offer a catalog. 

Do you wholesale? TOP
We do not offer our items for wholesale. 

What are your terms? TOP
Payment is to be made prior to shipping of items (acceptable forms of payments listed below).  We do not offer credit, 10-day, 30-day, etc. terms.

What types of payments do you accept? TOP
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal (even if you don't have a Paypal account!) and cash.
NOTE: Payments made with checks or money orders for online orders are no longer accepted.

What are your methods of shipping? TOP

We ship most of our items via USPS Priority.  However, due to USPS regulations, fragrance oils will be shipped either USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground.  You will be contacted if your order ships different than shows on the site when you place your order.
NOTE: 08/11/10: UPS shipments are not offered at this time. Updates will be posted.

Yes you can.  Just contact us and we can discuss your choice of color, style, fragrance, etc.

Do you refill candle jars? TOP
No, we no longer refill candle jars.

Do you offer in-home candle parties? TOP

Although we no longer offer in-home parties, we offer the option of on-line candle parties, reaching many more of your customers!

How long does it take to get my etched glassware order? TOP
We ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for your etching order to be completed.

What happened to your free shipping for your first online order? TOP

We no longer offer free shipping for first online orders. However, we do occasionally offer free shipping specials through our e-newsletter and Facebook page.
